An ancient hybrid dinosaur-shark once thought extinct terrorizes a beach community. After a number of grisly attacks, a greedy entrepreneur wants to capture it and put it on display. A female marine biologist warns against the move but to no avail, the creature is placed on display and disaster ensues, setting into motion our protagonist's quest to destroy an undefeatable monster.
